Melissa Nash

As Executive Assistant to SITE Technologies’ CEO and CRO, Melissa Nash partners with the executive leadership and Go-to-Market teams to help turn strategy into execution. She supports the executive team through board meetings, strategic planning, leadership offsites, and the day-to-day coordination that keeps people connected, focused, and moving in the same direction.

Before joining SITE, Melissa spent nearly a decade at Vizient, where she supported executive leaders while actively contributing to employee engagement and inclusion initiatives. Those experiences reinforced her belief that strong relationships, thoughtful communication, and a sense of belonging are essential to helping teams thrive — a philosophy she brings to her work every day. She’s known for anticipating what’s around the corner, helping leaders stay focused on what matters most, and making sure great ideas don’t get lost between conversation and execution.

Based in Colorado, Melissa enjoys hiking, rock climbing, paddleboarding in alpine lakes, reading, and making memories with her niece and nephew. Beyond her work at SITE, she’s passionate about helping create spaces where people feel comfortable talking about grief, death, and end-of-life experiences because she believes making room for those conversations can help people feel a little less alone.
