As Head of People & Culture at SITE Technologies, Wendy Treppa oversees the full range of HR operations including benefits, performance management, and recruiting—while also driving strategic priorities like workplace culture and talent development. With a focus on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, Wendy partners closely with leadership to build a people function and culture that fuels the business for future growth.

Before joining SITE Technologies, Wendy held HR leadership roles in technology and healthcare companies where she focused on building business capabilities through strong talent acquisition, talent management, culture stewardship and M&A work. She is passionate about establishing people practices and workplace cultures that enable every team member to perform their best work.

Wendy holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Central Michigan University as well as professional certifications in human resources and change management. With a background in social work, she promotes supportive, productive workplaces that optimize the potential of every team member.
